The hotel was beautiful and well-maintained, with an excellent room upgrade that provided stunning views of the Caribbean. While the staff was friendly and the check-in process was smooth, the dining options left much to be desired, especially during special occasions. The Wi-Fi was also quite slow, and the facilities could use some improvements, particularly the gym, which felt cramped during peak hours.

This resort has been our second home for years, offering a wonderful experience with its beautiful atmosphere, clean facilities, and attentive staff. The food has shown significant improvement, making our meals something we look forward to. The only downside is that the evening entertainment can be a bit loud, especially near the pool area. Overall, it's an excellent value for a relaxing vacation, and I strongly recommend it.
